Burning restrictions will be
lifted effective this Wednesday, May 5, 2010, at 8:00 a.m.
3-day permits for burning piled vegetative material such as:
grass, leaves, brush and untreated lumber will be available.
Permits may be issued for evening hours 6:00 p.m.
–
8:00 a.m. Permits can be obtained at any DNR Forestry Office
or from any Township Fire Warden. Permits are not necessary
for recreational campfires of 3 feet in diameter or less.
